# In Cog Meet O End User License Agreement

## 1. Parties

This agreement is between Joe Thomas, doing business as In Cog Meet O ("Licensor"), and the person or organization that installs or uses In Cog Meet O.

## 2. License Grant

Subject to payment and compliance with this agreement, Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use In Cog Meet O for your own internal meeting recording, transcription, and note-generation workflows.

## 3. Recording Responsibility

You are solely responsible for determining whether you may record a meeting, conversation, call, presentation, or other audio. Before recording, you must obtain every consent, notice, permission, and right required by applicable laws, workplace policies, platform rules, contracts, and participant expectations.

In Cog Meet O does not determine whether a recording is lawful. You must not use In Cog Meet O for secret, deceptive, unlawful, harassing, surveillance, or rights-infringing recording.

## 4. Local Files And Outputs

Recordings, transcripts, summaries, and generated notes are stored on your Mac in the folders you configure. You are responsible for controlling access to those files, reviewing generated output before relying on it, sharing it only when permitted, and deleting it when it is no longer needed.

## 5. AI Output

Transcription and summary output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before using it for decisions, publication, compliance, legal, employment, medical, financial, or other sensitive purposes.

## 6. Third-Party Components

In Cog Meet O uses third-party software and models described in the included Third-Party Notices. Your use of those components may be subject to additional license terms.

BlackHole is not bundled for closed-source commercial distribution unless a separate commercial license or written permission is obtained. If you separately install or use BlackHole, you are responsible for complying with its terms.

## 7. Updates And Support

Licensor may provide updates, fixes, or support at its discretion or according to the paid plan you purchase. Updates may change features, dependencies, model behavior, compatibility, and system requirements.

## 8. Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer the app except where law allows, remove notices, bypass payment or license controls, redistribute the app, rent or sublicense it, use it to violate rights or laws, or use it in a way that harms the product, service, or other users.

## 9. Warranty Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent allowed by law. Licensor disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and error-free operation.

## 10. Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Licensor is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of profits; loss of data; unlawful recording; misuse; or reliance on AI-generated output.

## 11. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Licensor harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your recordings, transcripts, summaries, sharing decisions, unlawful use, policy violations, or breach of this agreement.

## 12. Termination

This license terminates if you breach this agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using the app and uninstall it. Sections intended to survive termination remain in effect.

## 13. Governing Law

If a separate written agreement, order form, or mandatory law requires a different governing-law, venue, or dispute-resolution rule, that rule applies. Otherwise, disputes will be handled by courts with jurisdiction under applicable law.
